Creamiest Matte Single Shadows EVER

Colour Pop has done it again! This California, American made cosmetics company has come out with new matte shadows. I thought the satin, metallic, ultra- metallic, and pearlized finishes were beautiful, but these matte shadows hare to die for!

This is the perfect finish for the more natural makeup lover. Mixing these mattes with metallic, ultra-metallic, and pearlized offers dimension and unlimited possibilities.

The pigmentation is 100% vibrant and creamy. These shadows are not for the faint of heart. Check out my previous posts about Colour Pop Cosmetics.

typo: Bandit is actually miss labeled and is Farah

I've been consistent impressed with Colour Pop Cosmetics and even listed them in my Best of 2014 Lip Products as well as my Best of 2014 Eyeshadows.

Have you tried Colour Pop yet? What do you think of the line?

The Tartelette Palette

When I heard that one of my favorite cosmetics company was coming out with a new all matte neutral eyeshadow palette I was so excited!

Then I started to see photos and videos on the palette and became a little hesitant. The colors didn't look like they would suit me, but then I saw the palette in person at Sephora and it was LOVE.

The packaging is beautiful. Sleek, high quality, and classy. I could see myself traveling with this palette. The variety of shades if perfect for everyday to smokey evening looks.

The purple heavy palette is probably more suited for hazel and brown eyed ladies.

Multi- Tasker is defiantly living up to it's name as a great cut crease shade, liner, outer corner day shade, and a great brow powder all in one!

I'm quite happy with this palette and especially since I haven't bought a new Tarte palette in a year.

What are your thoughts? Will you be purchasing this new baby?

Physicians Formula Happy

Lately I've been on a Physicians Formula makeup happy kick. Just check out my Monthly Favorites & Lets Play With Makeup videos on my youtube channel.

What's so great about Physicians Formula Makeup is that it's gluten free, sulfate free, parabin free, and something like 90% organic. Now for those who have sensitive skin or who are severely allergic to cosmetic products, this is the brand to give a try.
my goto look lately using physicians formula

I use to have VERY sensitive skin growing up we could never figure out exactly what I was allergic to, but I wish I knew about Physicians Formula back then.

Straight from the website:
Physicians Formula products are formulated for sensitive skin and do not contain PABA, nor over 100 known skin irritants. Our skin products may benefit you because they all offer the claims below:
  • Non-Irritating
  • Non-Greasy
  • Hypoallergenic
  • Dermatologist approved
  • Non-comedogenic

  • This nude wear powder is perfect for setting your super cc+ from the brand. I hated their BB cream, so I'm so happy they came out with the Super CC+ to make up for that.

  • I'm obsessed with this all in one palette. It's an eyeshadow, bronzer, blush, and highlighter all in one! Talk about convenient for traveling, on the go, or the simplistic women out there.

Very few drugstore brands have matte quads and even fewer have hi quality ones. When I discovered that Physicians formula has a collection of matte palettes, I freaked out! sadly I could only get my hands on this one.

Just look at this happy blush! It's suppose to be fragrances to boost your mood, but I'm happy just looking at this sweet blush.

Another product that I'm loving is the sexy boost mascara that some folks just hate, but I swear I can do 3-4 coats of this baby and not clump at all! It doesn't smudge on me and I love the volume it gives my not so voluminous lashes. See this mascara in action when I use it in my videos linked above and here. Also if you have sensitive eyes, this baby will rock your world!

What are your goto mineral makeups to use? Have you tried Physicians Formula before? What are your thoughts?
